RC Services
WE OFFER the following services to the broader RCRC community.
RC Workforce Training
RC Workforce Training is designed to build relational coordination competencies among employees throughout an organization. HR professionals can use this training curriculum to disseminate the concepts and practices of relational coordination to employees, increasing the potential for positive organizational change.
Keynotes and Customized Workshops
RCRC provides keynotes and customized workshops on relational/structural approaches to performance improvement and organizational change.
RC Intervention Training Workshop
Intended for experienced organizational change practitioners. This program prepares practitioners to guide organizational change using principles and measures of relational coordination. The program addresses the use of relational coordination principles and measures for improving work processes, teamwork and/or organizational culture. It combines self-study modules, an experiential 1.5 day course, and an individual consultation on the design of a specific project.
A rigorous peer-review process that provides a path for public recognition of the highest levels of skill. Clients can be confident that their certified coach/consultant is making safe, skillful and effective use of the survey.
Note that the RC Certification program is designed and conducted by active practitioner-faculty who are experienced organizational leaders, consultants and adult learning experts. For complete details, schedule and sign-up information, contact us at info@relationalcoordination.org.
RC Consultation
RCRC staff provide consultation regarding use of the RC Survey for measurement, providing advice on survey set up and research design. We also provide referrals to certified RC coaches/consultants who can guide organizational transformation using principles and measures of relational coordination.
Caution When Using the RC Survey for Organizational Change
We recommend strongly that the RC Survey not be used for organizational change - in particular feeding results back to organizational participants - without RC intervention training.
