The Relational Coordination Research Collaborative's 2012 Annual Roundtable, co-hosted by The Dartmouth Institute, was held in Hanover, NH on November 2nd.The 2012 RCRC Roundtable topic was, "Delivering Accountable Care through Patient Engagement, Relational Coordination and System Redesign".
